Who we are

Faith by Legion is an independent online store. We sell directly to customers through this website — there is no marketplace or reseller in between.

How our products are made

Everything we sell is made to order. We don't hold stock on a shelf: when you place an order, your item is produced for you by our print and fulfilment partners, then shipped directly to you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and transit a further 3–8 business days. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Because each piece is produced individually, our returns policy differs from a traditional retailer's — we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. See Returns & Refunds for exactly what's covered.

How to reach us

You can reach us through our contact page. We aim to reply within one to two business days.

Payments & your data

Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We collect only what we need to fulfil your order, as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Terms of Service govern purchases from this store.
